Login for Shorter's websites, programs, and computers require the use of an ID# and PIN (password). Students at Shorter receive an ID# when they activate their account with Shorter. This activation process is a 3-step process that requires students to verify their basic biographical information and to create a unique PIN/password. Click here to activate your account. A student only needs to activate their account one time but the PIN/password can be changed frequently by the student. The PIN/password is CASE SENSITIVE. Normally a login failure occurs when the user is mistyping the ID# or NOT entering the PIN exactly as it was created. The best solution is to click the “Yes, help me log in” button to the left. Once you create or reset your PIN, you must wait at least 15 minutes before you attempt another login!
